Right from the beginning I should say that despite the apparent simplicity of the process, liquid chlorophyll weight loss diet’s effects on the body are very strong. As a result, the cure can be felt as a shock to the body, if it is not started gradually.
A standard Chlorophyll diet lasts 12 days and will go as follows:
- On the first day of cure you will not drink more than a quarter of a cup (50 ml) of chlorophyll extract which will be taken as a single dose on an empty stomach 30 minutes before the morning meal.
- On the second day of cure you will double the amount of extract (100 ml), which will be drunk in two halves, 30 minutes before lunch and 30 minutes before dinner.
- Between the third and eleventh day increase the dose by a quarter cup per day (150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, etc..); again, 30 minutes before your principal meals
- On the twelfth day drink a glass of chlorophyll extract before each meal. Preferably, on the last day of cure try to eat only boiled rice with salt, for the effects to be more intense.
Effects of chlorophyll weight loss diet
It is an excellent mean of cleansing in spring and is easy to apply and extremely effective. The fastest effect that you will feel is the effect of accelerating the intestinal transit, which will cause a very welcomed release of toxins accumulated over the winter in colon. If the plant extracts are too strong for you and give you diarrhea, then you will take it in smaller doses and drink mint tea in parallel to control the process.

Spring fatigue will be controlled, especially if we use bitter herbs (dandelion leaves are excellent), while fatigue will be scattered by extracts of parsley and celery leaves, true aromatic tonics.
It would be a shame to talk about chlorophyll cure and among its effects not to mention the excellent benefits it brings to people who work in a toxic environment and are exposed to radiation (such as those of computer monitors, X-ray analysis apparatus), which had or have a lot of food with synthetic additives or a lot of meat in their diets. Chlorophyll protects blood vessels against sclerosis and deals with bacterial infections regardless of location (even pericardia – inflammation of heart muscle – was successfully treated with this therapy).
But how do we obtain the chlorophyll extract? We do not need a very sophisticated equipment for this, however we need an electric mixer for doing this (in absence, the extract can be obtained manually as well). The recipe for getting a glass (200 ml) of chlorophyll extract is the following: place a bunch of green shoots of plants in a plastic container and a glass of water. Grind the plant very well (3-5 minutes long) using an electric drill, then immediately filter it through gauze. It should be consumed right after it has been filtered in order to avoid oxidation.
